Life is a matter of attitude and we make our own happiness. Therefore, both fear and depression (aside from clinical depression) are issues we can find the strength inside ourselves to eliminate.

Anyone who tells themselves constantly that they fear things, will. When they find hope in themselves and others, they will begin to heal and see life as it really is -- loving, beautiful, friendly.
