I'm going to Disney World in about 2 weeks and will be attending Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. I'm 26 years old, and love both Disney AND Halloween. My 2 cousins will be there as Peter Pan and Tinkerbell. I've been thinking of going as Jane Darling, but the only ideas I have for the costume is a Granny night gown from WalMart. Any other ideas?

I meant that I wanna go as Wendy, not Jane. I'm confusing my disney movies...sorry.

Great ideas, guys, but I already know that I want to go as Wendy. I'm planning on keeping the theme that my cousin's are using (Peter Pan and Tinkerbell). What I need is more ideas for the Wendy costume.

You need all sorts of things associated with sleeping and dreaming, so maybe one of those blinder-things that people put over their eyes sometimes (obviously to be pulled up so you're not walking around blind!).

Also Peter Pan is a Victorian Era story, so you should look into doing your hair in a very posh, sophisticated kind of way -- think British formal.

You could also do something with the flying scene and maybe make some clouds to suspend above your shoulders or something like that.

Hope this helps!

For the majority of the movie Wendy just wore a blue dress and had her hair back in a ponly tail... heres a link with the best picture I could find of her in the dress... Tiger lilly would be easier... just and indian dress outfit. The wendy dress might be harder to find. Check some second hand shops for old blue dresses, or make one if you can sew. The pattern shouldnt be too hard to follow. Hope that helps!
