i think she was born a hermaphrodite meaning she had both male and female reproductive organs. she had the boy parts removed long ago if she actually was.

it was a rumor started by a 13 year old girl i knew her she said she was on oprah and what not she was arrested i think she threatend ciara she supposedly was crazy had some disease but ciara isnt a guy just hatas outthere

Because she was born with both boy and girl parts, but the boy parts were removed. She came out on Oprah or some other talk show, talking about that too.

They say she has masculine feautures and there IS some evidence that she had something removed at birth.
However, that does not make her a man. People just gossip, you know, but I can tell she's a girl :-)

that rumor is like a year and a half old now. but anyway they said that she went aon oprah and said she was half girl half guy. (sry i 4got what u call half male half females) but of course its not true since she was never on oprah. hopei could help!
