There are 66 squares total.
Of these, land is 21 (Best approximation).

That leaves 45 squares of water.
Therefore, water percentage is (45/66)*100 = 68.18%

For the second question, if water is 68.18%, land is remaining squares which is = 100 - 68.18 = 31.82%

Or land is 21/66*100 = 31.82%

ex. 37:it's about 2/3 of the grid that's water(about 66%)
ex.38:since 666% of the grid is water, then i can use the whole(100%) and minus 66%, and the answer will be whatever percent that's not water
