How to Overclock a Intel CPU?

I have a Intel Celeron 2.0 GHz 400 MHz bus processor and it is really slowing down so I was wondering the best and safest way to overclock

Keep in mind though that when you overclock the processor will create more heat and if you do not have adequate cooling you can damage your processor.
