I wouldn't think so. Maybe a certain percentage of it could be mixed with Motor Oil, but I have never heard of it.

Don't use anything but motor oil in an automobile engine. Motor oil has many additives to improve viscosity (Thickness) detergents to remove or suspend dirt particles that the oil picks up, additives to prevent or reduce oxidation, extreme pressure and temperature additives to make the oil more durable and sometimes a small amount of Teflon to make it more slick. All oils are not created equal.

I know motor oil is more expensive, but it's cheaper than a new engine. The truth is that all of them are more expensive and would wreck your engine in seconds flat. They would burn off in seconds or starting up and seize your engine. I just bought five quarts of oil at Wal Mart for $10. My engine costs about $6000 to replace. There's no comparison.
