The answer of course, would be yes, but as delightful as that sounds, human beings are tribal. There is, in the majority of people, the need to compete with another tribe. (We have the ability to look past that need and behave like civilized aduts, but most of us choose not to). You can't have a children's soccer game or a little league baseball game without some moronic tribe monger causing an issue because his geographical location is better that the seven year old that plays second for the other team's father. Humans also have this notion that some invisible creature in the sky has given certain of us special privileges to live in certain locations and that our desire to live there supercedes anyone else's. Until people stop this 5th grade behavior of selfishness and "My tribe is better than yours", we won't see the kind of world your question describes. I live in a state where cattle are raised, and the beefers are so upset anytime anything that affects their little tribe in a negative way, and are so narrow minded and short sighted that they don't give a rat's a** about anyone else or their issues unless it directly affects the cattle/beef industry. Watch any European football (soccer) game for a perfect indication of why what you ask isn't yet possible. To top it all off, our leaders solve things the same way that fifth grade boys do...with a pissing match.
Good Luck

I think that it would be best to have a common language and no national boundaries would be nice. However, I think there has to be some form of government. This is necessary to keep order. The government would probably include some form of politician. Those politician would have to be uncorrupted and "good" for the world to be better off.

A rich guy and a foul guy would locate extra in ordinary between them than 2 rich adult men, in the event that they the two share the comparable concepts. that's the "strings that bind"--while human beings have like minds. that's while they disagree that the international is split yet while they do no longer something to tension their disagreed upon suggestions onto others, as all tyrants in the previous have performed, then no harm is completed. Divisions made with the aid of disagreements are no longer something, while in comparison with those made with the aid of tension. And trouble-free rich guy used tension against no person, and an trouble-free undesirable guy needs to be like the rich guy. that's an exceptionally sturdy bond.

Well it could be nice, but I doubt it....

I don't think a world without government would function and I WOULD NOT want a world with only one government.

If we survive as a human race long enough, we may just see a world with only one language and only one race...
