i wouldnt do that... a hemroid is basically an aneurysim in a blood vessle down stairs so you're basically cutting a vein out which could lead to infection or a lot of bleeding

Cream will take care of it.If u r afraid of cream, don't cut anything...u will need cream 2 heal that. Plus the risk of infection is CRAZY high. The blood vessels r so close 2 the surface. Why would u even think 2 cut them off? It's as simple as putting cream on potty paper and wiping...what's the issue with that? U would rather have an open sore down there? u do know when a scab forms it itches like crazy, especially in a "moist" not so clean area.So as others have said DON"T DO THAT!!!When it doesn't work right it is a living hell. UR BUTT IS UR FRIEND...b nice 2 it.

Just cutting it off... you could risk severe bleeding. Co2 might be an option, but you have got to watch carefully for infection. Either way, it's more serious than home treating something like a wart, so I'd think long and hard about doing either.

Gastroenterologists can do this procedure. It is called a hemhorroidectomy.
There's a reason that doctors perform the procedure and not regular people, like you and me, and that's safety. Please do not attempt such an action, as you'll likely end up hurting yourself badly.

If you want to bleed to death, outside of medical treatment.
Surgery can take care of them if too advanced.
Not much fun.
Use "Noxema", regularly. I've used it for years. Never have a problem, but I cleanse with it regularly. They shrink.
