Is it me or does Ash Ketchum have a political-angry side too him when it comes to abuse & mistreatment of Pokemon? Also he seems to be upset about the mistrust between humans & Pokemon.

Personally I think he'd also be some kind of political activist for Pokemon rights. Or maybe he becomes President of the Pokemon World and declare a full scale war against the Team Rocket Organisation.

What do you think?

Ahhh! Pokemon. Brings back so many memories!

Pokemon are like animals in the poke-world. So of course Ash is acting like pokemon should have "animal rights" and such. Its true that there are a lot of mistreatment between pokemon and humans, I mean... they're using them to battle each other for Gods sake!

If Ash became some sort of pokemon president, then Team Rocket would eventually collapse. Why? Well because in the Pokemon anime, Ash always ends up beating Teamrocket in the very end. And then the poke-world would be safe from all evil!!

I dont know though, because if Ash would want to become the "president" then other people would eventually want to as well. They might have some organization for pokemon rights, but I dont think there would actually be a "pokemon president".

Oh my goodness. Now that you metion it and now that I look back on a lot of episodes concerning that issue I think you are correct. Like one of the very first episodes where Ash had just recieved his second badge from Brock and the run into a Sandshrew trainer who has 99 straight wins and Ash is upset about how he trains his Pokemon and does some crazy stuff to get the traing brace thing off of the Sandshrew. Or the episode when the boy abandons charmander and Ash gets upset and tells that boy how he should treat his pokemon and almost starts a fight with him. He does get pretty up set over stuff like that.
I can totally see him holding one of those signs durring a protest. ha! I think that would be so crazy.
If he did become the pokemon worlds president I think that the care of pokemon would be one of his top issues.

Ash is definitely pro Pokemon/animal rights. You can tell by the way he treats and trains his Pokemon, as well as by his reactions to other trainers and their Pokemon, as cited in the examples within the posts above mine.
While he would have to wait a few decades to ever be considered a candidate for any political office, I can see him being one of the better Pokemon minded people in his anime universe.
