If "they" call it that, they are mistaking terms. PMS applies to the week or so prior to menstruation. It is called a SYNDROME because there are several different symptoms surrounding it.
People are often lazy in their speech (and spelling) so they use terms that are inaccurate. Usually these same people just use the term as a put down when they think a woman is being too emotional, bitchy, whatever. Often "they" are just mad because the woman disagrees with 'them'... and PMSing is such an easy response.

Pre Menstrual Syndrome= PMS, but Premenstrual is one word, so it SHOULD be PS. But thats post script.

Hmm... There may be extremely some motives for her reaction. I choose you had coated extra information! What did she say to you while she found out you have been going to ask her? what's your previous courting? Are you good acquaintances? Do you have a crush on her? do you understand how she *probably* feels approximately you? Do you have extremely some classes mutually, or spend lots time mutually, or comparable pastimes? Yadda-yadda... besides, with none information in any respect, this is my superb wager! maybe she does variety of such as you, yet you took see you later to ask her that she have been given yet another date so she does not ought to bypass to the dance on my own. (this style of element occurs for extremely some motives - maybe all of her acquaintances have dates so she did not prefer to be ignored by way of fact the third-wheel-without-a-date, or perhaps the boy asked her and he or she became too embarrassed to refuse, or did not prefer to harm his emotions, ect?) yet while she found out you have been going to ask her, she might've gotten indignant by way of fact she'd extremely bypass with you, yet she's caught with yet another guy that she did not extremely need to bypass to the dance with? in spite of if it is illogical, she might've gotten mad on the grounds which you took too long, and "neglected your danger and messed each and every thing up, and now the full dance is going to suck by way of fact she's caught with the different guy"? style of ridiculous, yet some ladies are like that, each and every so often, in spite of in the event that they are good human beings. ...Yeahhh, I in no way participated in drama like that throughout middle/extreme college, so as this is in simple terms my wager! hopefully it's going to supply you a concept or 2!

PMS Stands for Premenstral Syndrome. So these would be symptoms you have before your period not during.
