Should prolonged eye usage be outlawed? Im very interested to hear some of your responses.

what ever make you unconfortable is abuse. who ever is staring is trying to over pover you and control you.nobody wants to be watched all the time.it limits your move. it is not any different than stalking.

lol, I would like to see how the government would go about outlawing staring and enforcing that law...they would have a time!
