In no way am I a Bears fan but I can admit they are looking pretty damn tough so far! I just hope we won't have to hear or see another version of the Super Bowl Shuffle! ECKKK! The first one made me want to puke up a lung! I mean really. . . .that was the GAYEST thing ever! I mean where do you start. . . it was just SOOOOOOOOOO FRIGGEN GAY!!! Such a great team but such a lame, gay, pathetic, annoying song! LAME LAME LAME! Even some fanatical Bears fans I know were sickened by it!!! ECKK ECKKK ECKK!! And Bears fans. . . be honest. . . don't get your panties in a bunch. . . admit it. . .it SUCKED!

By the way. . . DA BEARS was lame as well. Anybody who's name is "Da Bears" needs to get "DA LIFE"! It's sports folks. . that's all. . nothing else! CLASSIC CRAP! Just like T.O's Sharpie and Joe Horns cell phone. . .. COOL is not having to try to be cool! Act like you've been there before folks. . act like you've been there before!

I'll admit it. It REALLY sucked! I'm a die hard Bears fan, but if they do anything even close to it, I'm moving to Detroit and becoming a Lions fan.

Nope, it didn't suck - it was our way of laughing our asses off at the rest of the NFL as the Monsters of the Midway romped all over them (except Miami).
What was pathetic was the copycat Pats (and later the Raiders) trying to jump on the bandwagon... without having the team to back it up.
That being said, I don't think there will be another "SuperBowl Shuffle" song done this year - the personalities on the '85 Bears were an interesting mix that lent themselves to doing something like that. Payton and McMahon, for example. Mongo, the Fridge, and the others. I think the '06 Bears have the talent of their predecessors, but I don't know that they have the exuberant personalities to do a Shuffle song/video.
That's okay. We'll settle for another Super Bowl trophy.

Alright, let me start by saying I am a Bears fan. I will admit the song was lame the video was lamer and yes the dancing was fairly gay. The rason we Chicagoans rallied around it was the boldness and sheer unadulterated confidence our team had in themselves to call out the rest of the league in week 8 or 9 claiming superbowl victory. AND THEY DID IT!!! The lyics were sophmoric but true. I'm sure we'll start seeing clips from the old video, but no I don't think the players will do their own rendition.
Get over the gay thing it sounds like you have a secret you want to let out.
GO BEARS!!!

It was pretty stupid. Even Jim McMahon thought so! But that it why we loved it! It was not meant to be a "good song". It was just for fun! And the current Bears will not do that! It's been done. You cannot redo it. But we will be seeing plenty of clips of it when the Bears go to the Super Bowl this year!!!

If they do a Super Bowl Shuffle....I may have to lay off on Dallas and start being an Anti-Bears person...there is no reason for that crap. Just play the game, no need to be unsportsmanlike about it.

That song is a classic, shaddup!
Well they call me sweetness, and I like to dance, running the ball is like making romance. We had to go to training camp to give Chicago a super bowl champ. Now we're not doing this because we're greedy, the bears are doing it to feed the needy,..Didnt come here looking for trouble, just getting down doing the super bowl shuffle..
CLASSIC I SAY!!!

I loved the SuperBowl shuffle, it cam out when I was in 5th grade. I can stomach another one, just so my son can experience the joy I had when the Bears one.

That was a nightmare. And so was the whole "DA BEARS" thing. I can't picture Rex Grossman singing and dancing anyway so maybe we don't have anything to worry about. Let's keep our fingers crossed.

Yeah, I really don't want to see Urlacher and Lovie Smith singing and dancing. I can find something like that on Youtube any day.
