I'd probably admit to being the 3rd person involved in the Kennedy assassination under those circumstances... even though I wasn't even born yet. LOL

If i were being tortured, I'd probably admit to anything just to stop the pain. Wouldn't you?

Probably not at the beggining; but how long can anyone last? I think eventually everyone would; however, I have heard from anecdotal evidence (algerian war with the french during late 50s and early 60s), that some people died without giving away anything.

It's highly unlikely that's what they're being asked. They're being asked locations of other terrorists, means of communication, money laundering questions. The idea that the question is, "are you a terrorist?" is absurd.
