is there a way to do this without signing a contract or anything? I just want to put my chip in it and then turn it on so i wont have to use a crappy phone please help and also give me a good cheap phone i cant use please!

Cingular sells go phones without having a contract but you might have to pay extra for not signing a contract depending on your budget.

If its a cingular phone, Just put the chip in it, It will work
I switch mine between 3 phones all the time, One phone I found

possibly the female had an previous telephone and would not have a sim card. i might have her bypass to a cingular save and function them verify it out. Cingular telephones artwork with cingular sims.
