OK guys I have 2 questions. 1st, Which Americans' rights were not guaranteen in the Bill of Rights? 2nd,Why was the War of 1812 known as the "Secound War of Independence"?

1. Suffrage to women and african americans were not guaranteed in the bill of rights. Freedom to african americans were also not guaranteed. But all basic citizen and human rigts were guaranteed in the bill of rights.
2. The war of 1812 is known as the Second War of Independence, because it showed that the US can stand its ground when it came to War against the strongest military in the world. It also led to the Era of Good Feeling which created nationalist pride in the USA. Even though no one really won anything with the War of 1812.
