It depends --- my left hand is known to hold a higher standard than my right........so if we left "left" out, then the right thing to do would be to spit & shake.......but you'll have to buy me dinner first.

that's totally almost too risky to even shake palms, much less spit/handshake. (Beside that's in basic terms gross) that's the way of the international, shield your self and your loved ones, be conscious of your ecosystem, be careful.
