go with your gut feelings. What do you see your self doing at each of these jobs. Is there room for advancement at the companies. Would you see your self working at the company in five years. What one is closer to home.
These questions tend to help

Don't rush into a decision. Don't bite the first baited hook that comes your way. Take some time to decide. Send out some more resumes. Just what is it you want anyway...what is it you want to be or do? Is the industry stable or cyclical where next year they'll be laying you off. Basically there five criteria on picking a job.
1. Geography...where you want to be (ie, close to home, or in big city)
2. Money...closest to, or to exceed, your expectations.
3. Environment...where will you be working at(ie, office, cubical. Is there bottled water, free snacks, or great places to eat at.)
4. Longevity or stability. Some business work from contracts from clients which end at some point..you maybe tied to the end point.
5. Self actualization...will it lead you to what you want to become(ie, experience and training)

Wish you much success!

Wow they sound pretty much even from what you said! Is there one place you get a better vibe from than the other? If so, choose that one. Otherwise, with gas being so expensive these days and time an important factor...how about choosing which job would be a closer commute?

All things being equal with the 2 jobs, except for the distance - which job (itself) interests you more and that you are more confident of performing better? This is important. Happy selection :-) Good luck.

If they're that close in pay and benefits, how about advancement opportunities? That could be a deciding factor.

If all else fails, go for the place you feel most comfortable in.
