I do not want to install a keylogger as I think the person would find it. I have looked in cookies folder, but when I open a cookie, the 'text' just looks like jibberish and I cannot read it. Thanks.

The only other way would be to install a network 'sniffer' to copy network packets going to and from their system. Expensive, unethical, and in most companies grounds for dismissal.

The question that comes up here is, what's so important that you have to go poking into someone's email? because by going this route, behind their back, you're invalidating their privacy completely. Most people don't react well to this... so I doubt the outcome will be what you want it to be.

um i am sorry but you cant and doing it is illegal i mean what if everyone in the world can read your personal e-mail thus having the authority to delete them and send messages from that e-mail to other users .
