Do you mean other peoples animals? If so, I'd call the animal control to pick up the dogs, most counties have leash laws, meaning dogs cannot just roam free. Cats, well that's another story. They don't like the smell of coffee grounds, put that in your flower beds and skins from lemons and oranges too.

There is a spray you can buy to put on your lawn, but with winter coming, it most likely would be a waste of money.

They say to fill up an old milk carton or soft drink bottle with water and leave it on the lawn if your lawn is big you may need a few.

A fence will keep dogs out. I don't know about keeping cats out. They can get in just about anywhere.

they say they dont go where humans go, so you could pee in a plastic cup and throw it all over but seems like alot of peeing to me, lol. They do have this spray at pet stores. I use hot pepper flakes for cats in my flower garden and it works.

If you're in the country, forget it, at least in Oklahoma you can forget it. In the country there are no leash laws.

We've had our kitten killed and a gun put in our faces when we confronted the owner. NOTHING was done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you're in the city, make a complaint and call the city pound. Good luck!!

Depends on how big your yard is, but we always used cayan pepper. Just sprinkled it on the grass. Then we never had any animal in our yard. It worked great for us.
