Everybody I know has bad DELL stories and my brother just bought a HP after years of having DELLs. He loves his HP btw.

It all depends. They still have enough profit level to get it together but you are right about their reputation being hurt. My mom bought 3 pcs a coupld years ago from them and all of them had problems within the first year.

Yes, Dell is going to be fine. They are making huge strides back right now. And, their enterprise (server) business (where all the money is) never missed a step. If you invest, now is a great time to buy Dell.

dell and sony are the 2 companies people turn to for computer systems to run windows on them.i dont like hp had one broke down and most cmoputers dont come with the recovery cds and i had to buy them for 25 dollars and they charge you for techinical support dell does free support and it came with everything and it so easy to fix.

DELL is one of the best companies out there

WOW...That's an incredible question. I'm on my 5th(or maybe 6th) Dell and have NEVER had any major problems!!
