You see, people say that it's better to charge the iPod when it's low, and not high, so then you can get more battery life because it's limited.

What about when you try to update your music, and you have a lot of batteries, and it automatically charges it. You lose 1 charge because it's limited.

Will you still lose 1 charge even if it's already charged?
When you plug it, it says charged. It won't lose 1 battery charge, right?

You're worrying too much. Charging when it's low just gives a longer play time for the next time. You're not loosing a 'battery charge' or anything like that. I keep mine plugged into my HomeDock all the time, so it's always fully charged and ready to go. I don't worry about how low the battery is when I plug it in there. You shouldn't either.

It does...but I don't think you should worry about this too much. Try not to charge it unless its low but if you charge it when it's high once and a while it won't make a significant difference.

modren batterys are a lot better then the first ones that were in mobile phones they last a long time and dont have to be disscharged all the time now days but you should let your battary run down to flat or almost flat from time to time to recharge all the cells but i cant see adding songs to your ipod braking it
