All depends. Did he rape you? Were you willing at the time? If this is just you were horny because of being drunk and now think that it was a mistake then no. I've gone to parties before and seen this happen. Everyone is drinking heavely and hormones are high. You wind up doing something you regret. Is it your faut? I that is the case then yes it is your fautl. If you act like this when you are drunk then why did you go to the party. That is one of the many things wrong with this country, people like to sue to much. Just from the question you ask should I sue him. You didn't mention anything about turning him into the police and having him arrested. Sounds to me you are either just out for money or revenge. Maybe he didn't call you the next day or caused you to cheat on some one I don't know but if you are at fault, own up to it and don't try and blame everyone else for your mistakes.

NO! NO NO NO!you do not willingly go with some one and have sex and then because you regret what you did call it rape. Rape is a violent act, not sex among strangers that you later regret. you really should be ashamed of yourself for asking such a question. What you should do is make wiser choices and learn from this mistake. Get hold of yourself. UNBELIEVABLE! you are a danger to society. And by the way, you can go to jail for filing a false police report and making false charges against someone. And if you do decide to press charges against this man for rape when he did not rape you, I hope you do go to jail. I think you are really in need of some serious intensive psychological counseling People like you are the ones that make it hard for the real rape victims in this world. That isnt rape. so you regret it, dont do it again. To claim rape when you werent raped is breaking the law and detracting from those legitimate rape victims. Dont be vindictive. Then you will go to jail and get raped. Honestly. think about it.
