Many people think it is wrong to have sex when sick and able to transmit the sickness to someone. But what do the sick people think about it? The little fun they could have had is destroyed if they aren't even given the right to enjoy sex for the rest of their life.

I think its okay as long as you tell your partner you do have it...and yall use the right protections so no one else can get it....its alot to deal with for anyone who does have..or doesnt have..i think everyone should get to enjoy making love...but you still gotat be careful........Yeah it is a death sentence but were all going to die at some point...so everyone here has a death sentence...i dont think its fair they have to miss out on things like this because they have aids...alotta people get it from there parents and thats not fair for them to have to suffer because there parents gave it to them..or what if the nurse didnt clean the needle and stuck you with it....yall arent being fair wiht just saying no thats how it got here...

If their partner KNOWS they have AIDS and is okay about it. Or if their partner has AIDS as well..... they can have all the sex they want.
But if it is a person who does not know the other person has AIDS then it is illegal. You can go to jail for having sex and knowing you have AIDS and not telling the person you have sex with. It is a felony. Would you want someone to have sex with you and not tell you they have AIDS... only to find out later in a few years that you have AIDS... its not like you immediatly know you have AIDS. So... for instance... if you have sex with someone, you get AIDS and don't know it... a year later, you marry someone else and get pregnant... have the baby... they run tests on the baby. How would you feel to get a phone call saying "sorry. your child has aids." How would you feel knowing you gave your child AIDS and they only have a set number of years to live (average is 7 years). AIDS is not something to take lightly.

Well having AIDS doesn't mean you can't have sex. It is your responsibility of informing your partner about the situation and of course using protection. As long as you are completely honest and as safe as possible then I say yes...however, withholding info from other people would be wrong. You shouldn't have to not enjoy your sex life just because you have AIDS...but of course being more responsible and careful is a must. Good luck

Well if you have sex and you know you have AIDS then you have to tell your partner that your sick and could possibly get them sick just to let them know because how would you feel if you have sex with someone who was sick and got you sick and didnt tell you they were sick? I would be pissed off personally. But as long as you let your parter know what's going on with you and you take proper precausions I think its alright. I'm not 100% for that though.

No, AIDS is an STD, how ever even if you use a condom it will not guarentee that the person you will not give the person u are having sex with the STD. And if they did contract AIDS from you then it would spread to the next person they had sex with, etc.

Well, would you want someone with AIDS to have sex with you and not tell you? AIDS is a death sentence...there is no way around it. Sure they have meds now to prolong lives, but there is no cure. I guess if you have 2 consenting sdults and both are aware of the risks, then it is up to them to decide.

People who have AIDS can have sex with other people who have it. Everyone should find some way to live their life to the fullest of their ability without inflicting harm on other people.

It's Okay to have sex with aids, as long as they tell their partner they have it, and they have safe sex, so the other person will not get the disease...But if they're not willing to do that then maybe they should't have sex at all..!

In some states, they could spend what life they have left in prison. Here in Ohio there is a law that if you have HIV and knowingly give it to someone else, you get charged for attempted murder or something similar. Not only that but it's cruel.
