Room temp. it won't dissolve good in cold water. I tried it and it didn't go so well

in cold fresh water, because if u put it in warm water, it may melt before u have a chance to drink it, and it will evaporate, and the warm water wont settle into ur stomach well! so pleasssse use cold water!

I use warm water, it seems to disolve faster and for some reason seems to work quicker.
