when going through security to the point that you miss your flight and you did show up much earlier then needed according to your airlines rules, who do you take issue with for arraingments to get you where you are going, the tsa or the airline? or do you simply get out the vasoline? please, serious answers only

The guys with the "no fly" name of Robert Johnson that were on 60 Minutes implied that they were sol when delayed, and the young soldier, Robert Johnson, said he didn't even try to fly commercial anymore because he'd been completely denied boarding, not just delayed.

Isn't it amazing that the government paid $144 million to develop this list of 58,000 names that was so poorly thrown together and lacking in dob's?

As far as I know, it's all very very secretive. You don't get to know anything about it till it's too late. There are no questions asked. No nothing.
And forget the jelly - they'll confiscate that too.

someone may have sued or started the years long process. but good luck finding the information.
try to ACLU or local bar (legal not drinks) website to ask for info.
