Go to the library. All of them keep local and most any other newspaper sources on microfiche. You can make copies off it. You can try finding out who the down historian is. People such as that keep clippings to preserve town history or events. Hope this helps.

Public Library. The town I live in they have all the papers on microfilm dating back to the mid 1800's.
