Yes I am and I never measure anything. Some people have asked me for certain recipes and I have to tell them I don't have a recipe but then I sort of tell them what I did. I even had some leftover squash one time so decided to get creative and make cookies out of it with chocolate chips. They were really good.

Not at all! The only two things I can make well are chocolate chip cookies and chili with cornbread. That's it. My husband is a pastry chef and simply awesome in the kitchen - he makes it look so easy!! Usually, he does the cooking.

My specialty is "Raid the Fridge Soup". I find leftover meat, gravy, veggies, throw it into some water, add some seasonings, maybe thicken it a little and we have a great dinner.

yes, I am really good at taking regular foods and adapting them to a lower fat/lower calorie\higher fiber version.
