colour contact brands?

can anyone suggest a good coloured contact brand available at any eyeglass store that is good 4 dark brown eyes?im looking for my eyes to turn either green,grey or hopefully blue...thanks!if possible give a link 2 a picture of ur eye colour before and after so i can see if were on the same page...if not thats fine :D

I too have dark brown eyes and wanted to change my eye color.My contacts were prescription but you do not have to have a prescription to purchase color contacts. I wore "colorblend " contacts in the grey color;they made my eyes look like they were naturally green. I purchased these contacts at Kaiser Hospital but you can purchase them from any retailer that sells contacts.

Acuvue would be best, and then Freshlook. In some places that carry Acuvue, they have a little flip-book thing, and it has a section for brown eyes, and it shows subtle changes, and dramatic changes. It tells you the exact color you should get, and before and after pictures. You could even go to the acuvue website, and it'll show you the same thing there.

You really would need to try them on and get fitted. Cohen's fashion optical has some ads for them in the store.

I love my freshlook. I wear sunrise it gives my brown eyes a bit of sparkle.
