My friend's brother, took my friends face and put it on a pic of Will Smith. It was great.

You need to have a program like Photoshop or GIMP. Then you select the rubber stamp or clone tool. Open both pictures. Go to the picture you want to clone from and hold down the ALT key and click somewhere on the face. Usually I click right in the middle of the nose. Then switch to the target pic. Click right on the nose again and hold down the mouse button. Start making circles outward toward the edge of the face until your face appears on the target body.
