pluto is a dwarf planet. Under the new system, a planet is defined as a round object orbiting the sun. It must be the main object in the neighborhood of its orbit. Dwarf planets are round objects orbiting the sun, but it is not the main object in its neighboorhood.

I have always felt that pluto should be not be a planet. It was a moon and it doesn't fit in with planatary movement. It was the right thing to do.

You're obviously very smart, since you're asking about Pluto. You should go apply for work at NASA or JPL, and maybe they'll let you carry "papers" past the TV camera's field of view, or just stand around in an expensive suit and point ostentatiously at things, as the camera in whose FOV you're centered comes on. Some of yo' bros' were hired to do that during the Mars Pathfinder live coverage. I don't see why it wouldn't work for you, too.

I think it should be labeled as a planet because it is spherical in shape it has an orbit and it has moons so it's supposed to be a planet
