i go the shot in april of 2006 and now its oct. and haven't got it any more is all the med gone or i cant get pregnant

You havent got anymore shots? and you dont have a period and your not pregnant right? yeah thats what im going through right now i had the shot one time last october and still havent had a period it sucks so bad....the doctor said it should wear off in a year or a year half...til then good luck to you!

you may not be able to get pregnant for 12-18 months after the injection because of depo. maybe you will be lucky and get pregnant sooner, but if not, dont worry it is normal after depo. it is called delayed return to fertility and is very common side effect of depo, did your doctor not warn you of this??? nothing you can do but wait it out, unfortunately.

Your supposed to get a shot every 3 months... I'd say any residual birth control has been out of your system for awhile now. If you want to get pregnant, go for it. If not, i would invest in another form of birth control ASAP.

i was on it for 2years and stopped taking it and got pregnant 2 months later. If your trying to get pregnant try having sex 17 days after your period starts not after it ends
