Hi, you would have to learn CSS. And maybe XHTML...
Myspace layout is constructed using XHTML And CSS.
They have given the user some power or alot of power to alter their layout..
The best tutorial I have seen is htmldog ( http://www.htmldog.com/ ) They have guides which you can read in a couple of hours, learning how to do a nice html layout. Then you can apply that to your current MySPACE...
