I would assume that they would wear light colors because dark colors attract heat. Also, they would were linen and cotton, or breathable fabrics, so that their bodies could breathe.

Probably something light and airy that covers the whole body, light clothing doesn't absorb heat as much. People in the desert would probably wear a headcovering as well to protect their scalp.
