It sounds like you are too immature and horny to have a boyfriend, so I would break up with him and date other guys for a while.
If you can't go without sex for a boyfriend you really love, then you're not ready for a boyfriend. It's really that simple.

Geeze, girl! You are just begging to be called a bad name. If you love your boyfriend, don't cheat on him. That is not fair to either of you in the long run. If you don't love him, then find someone else. But be a good girl and don't cheat. In the end you will mainly cheat yourself and get a bad reputation that will be hard to rise above.

If you really love your boyfriend give up cheating on him... If you want other guys give up your boyfriend... Not fair to him... He is in college, trying to make a better life for him and maybe you if you marry him.

You need to give up one, you have to tell your boyfriend what you did you can't keep it in, it won't work sooner or later. You both have to work it out. If you need the touch then maybe your boyfriend is not the one for you. If you really love him you will tell him and it will work out if he loves you. Best of luck!
