We're not allowed to stop on the sidewalks to talk to people. I think it's a $68 fine. And we have street dances too. I'm still waiting for the cops to raid one. They could put their kids through college on the proceeds of one night.

I think its really stupid that no one can park on the street between the hours of 2am till 6am in my new york town. They'll give you a $15 dollar ticket. Most houses have drive ways but what if you are visiting a family member or friend and there is no space in the driveway....don't get that!

No trick-or-treating before 5:00pm or after 8:00pm on Halloween.
I can understand wanting to people from being bothered all night long, but 3 hours is pretty restrictive.

It's against the law to "TOSS" cigarette butts out of your car window. You'll get a ticket, but the streets are destroyed by 'Katrina & 'Rita' hurricanes.

I cant think of anything stupid around here. Besides, you have to wear seatbelts in cars... but yet you can ride in the back of a truck and they dont say crap cause they dont care.

In North Carolina (that's wear I live), it's illegal to sing off-key.
It not like the police will barge into your house and throw you in jail if you do.
This law is so stupid and pointless.

i think many people know about this - in singapore, chewing gums are banned. it is technically legal to have a few strips for own consumption but it is illegal to sell chewing gum..tsk tsk..
