Very slim, by the sounds of it.
Condoms have a 95% success rate if I recall correctly, but that 5% accounts for failiures, so if yours was okay, you should have nothing to worry about.

It only takes one sperm and one egg to cause pregnancy.... It only takes one time having sex to get pregnant. Getting pregnant is not a cumulative effect... ... A condom is 99% effective when it works and is used properly... Sperm is not only released during ejaculation it is also in pre-post ejaculate...

So there is still a 1% chance of pregnancy.. Even with all the stipulations you listed... .

Your question makes no sense. If the condom worked the girl is probably not pregnant.
