I'd say average. Small would be like 800 sq ft.

that's in the small house but larger than a cottage size. How many bedrooms and baths?
Sounds nice. We're in 1700 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 1 1/4 baths. It's full.

That's the size house i just bought & i love it. 3 bedrooms, 1 & 1/2 bath. Beautiful landscaping in the yard. i love it & the size seems perfect for right now.
