Not sure what you mean by "circulation method". Sporozoans have no means of locomotion. They are obligate intracellular parasites in the cells of multicellular animals. They go where the host cells go. The sporozoans which cause malaria are present in the red blood cells of the host, so they travel around through the host circulatory system. But other sporozoans are found in the cells of specific organs like the liver, kidneys or brain. These do not move about at all once they find their host cells.

They are single celled; osmosis, diffusion, active/passive transport, semipermeable.
