Sometimes medical equipment can be real hard to use if there's only an instruction book. Time spent in a local hospital class or with a Medical Technologist can make the instructions more understandable. Ask your physician or local medical advisory board for a recommendation. I've seen and heard of people struggling for days to learn correct use of glucometers that were mailed to them without any hands-on instruction first, and this infusion pump is more intricate and vital than a glucometer.
