Go to the online Apple store (http://store.apple.com) and look for the red SAVE tag in the lower right corner. That's where they sell refurbished products, and you can get most stuff close to half off, but with the standard Apple warranties. That's where I got mine, and it's really the best of both worlds.

ebay.com .. and search for a NEW ipod nano ... otherwise most prices are the same.
