im looking for instructions or pictures of how to make heart shape balloon arches for a wedding?

go to home depot to the electrical department. Buy enough #4 awg bare ground wire to make this size heart you want, shape it. Decide where it is going to be used, figure out a way to support it at that location and decorate with balloons. hint, you could tie twine to four places top and bottom of heart and attache it to opposite walls, and cover twine with ribbon.
