I've heard that crying every now and again is cathartic, a good stress reliever, so I wouldn't think you're a psycho, but I do wonder why you even feel that urge. Personally, I'm 21 and I haven't cried in 10 years. I've had my share of stress, but I just don't get the urge to cry. Does that make me a crazy? If you select this as best answer, tell me in the comment.

You're not psycho. You could be hormonal though. Also, you may just be tired and we tend to not be able to control ourselves when we're exhausted. I laugh like a mad woman when I'm tired, over nothing. When I'm hormonal the tears come, hysterically.

That's not normal. Is there something in your life that is painful? Is there someone hurting you or taking advantage of you? Tell your doctor about this. Sometimes psychological issues are prerequisites for physical problems.

I think it is just human to do that. I know that I hold things in, and they have to come out sometime.

Actually, I do sometimes. Usually when I haven't cried in awhile.

Sure, I blame it on hormones. Or stress about other things.
