Take a small piece of cotton cloth
Cut to slight oversize of the hole.
Insert Cloth through cigarette hole.
Spread cloth to cover the hole from within [that is inside].
Go to home depot.
Buy Vinyl based adhesive
Follow safety precautions and instructions on package.
Spread adhesive to cover hole
Let dry and cure overnight
Sit and Enjoy.

It depends whether it is leather or cloth. If it is leather you can
by repair kits at auto store. If its cloth you can take it to upolstry
shop, sometimes they can just replace the one piece that is
burnt, or patch it.
