You use a regular deck of cards-no jokers though. On the board there should be spots for the 10, J, Q, K of Hearts. Also one for the having the 8-9-and 10 of hearts. There should also be a spot in each corner for each Ace. You start out dealing all of the cards. The dealer deals themselves 2 hands. The dealer picks up the hand to their right. They can then choose to keep this hand and sell the other on to the highest bidder or they can disgard the hand they have and use the other one. Everyone antis up for poker that wants to. You play one hand of poker. The the winner of poker starts with their lowest black card. Whomever has the next card in order (ex. 2 clubs, whomever has the 3 would play next) lays it down in front of them. When no one has the next card the person that played the last card now plays the lowest red card in their hand. If you play a card that has a spot on the board you get those chips. You only get the chips if you play the card. The game ends when someone runs out of cards. Everyone else must pay the winner one chip for every card that they have still in there hand. Oh, in the beginning you put chips by each card space on the board. Everyone puts one chip in each spot. Good Luck!
