Pre-med is hard alone by it self, and now with a girlfriend, plus the family business, and bunch of other stuff i have to deal with, my 24 hours in a day seems like 24 mins..what is a good mind set to have?

If you think pre-med is hard, how are you ever going to deal with med school? It is like taking organic chemistry every day for four years.
You need to make some choices. Either you are dedicated to this, or not. It's a question of priorities. If you girlfiriend doesnt understand that studying comes first, then she is the wrong person... maybe you should get a girlfriend who is premed. Then you can study together.
