You know I feel the same way.

With my first I went back to normal size. Then I got pregnant this time and just had her a month ago. I lost a lot of the weight real quick but the hips, love handles and belly are still there. It is causing me to not fit into any pants. I have been walking and eating right. So then I decided to try some weight loss pills. I haven't taken them as of yet because I am sort of scared. I normally don't take things liek this...but I am thinking about it.

I wish some one could be more specific rather than just say exercise.

Swimming is great exercise to lose weight and tone up.

Generally be strict with what you eat and exercise and the weight will drop off.

Tip: Don't weigh your self everyday as weight fluctuates natuarally especially in women due to hormone change etc. Try to stir clear of the scales. If you must have a look try weighing yourself every two weeks on the same day/time etc. This way you will see a bigger change and therefore motivate yourself to carry on the good work.

Congratulations on the birth of your son.

I'm afraid losing weight can only be achieved by a healthy diet combined with exercise. For exercise I walk everywhere (don't have a car anyway), do the carmen electra striptease videos, and play the kinetic eyetoy ps2 game, its a lot of fun and great exercise. Unfortunately your tummy will probably never be the same if thats what you are thinking. You can still be slim, but you will have a little saggy skin.

It took you 9 months to gain the weight and produce a baby it will take you at least that long to lose the weight... It's been only 3 months and your body is not completely back to normal for about a year after giving birth...

Eat healthy, exercise but not obsessively, relax, enjoy your new baby and stop obsessing about your weight... You will only make yourself and those around you unhappy... After a pregnancy you can expect to have a perminant weight gain of a pound or two because of changes to your breasts (they may permanently be larger) ...

Do you breastfeed? it somewhat is how I lost ALL of my infant weight. I nonetheless have a small pouchy abdomen, yet i began doing crunches at homestead and curiously extra effective. Plus in the experience that your strolling you would be able to correctly be including muscle and muscle weights 3x extra effective than fat, so do no longer continuously place self belief in weight, i could try looking out what your BMI is.
