I'm not sure the "white stuff" has anything to do with your other problems, usually a white coating on the tongue indicates some sort of gastro intestinal problem, more often than not, old timey constipation.

However, the other symptoms are serious enough in themselves to warrant another doctor's visit, but I'd recommend not the doctor that you went to last time. Swollen lymph nodes are a sign of somethings that could be very serious, and some things easily remedied. A stiff neck is also a serious symptom.

Please go to an Internal Medicine Physician. Good Luck.

Sounds like you may have a bacteria or fungus build up. Strep throat falls into this category. However if your throat is not sore, brush your tongue with a toothbrush and toothpaste, feels a little weird. Then wash your mouth with a good antiseptic mouthwash. Cheers!

Sounds like something fungal as far as the tongue goes, but it could be caused by medications. You should see a doctor about all of the symptoms, may need antibiotics.

`IF YOU CAN see a herbalist, like NOW!
` NOW the other thing to do is not eat or drink anything except for FENUGREEK TEA with orange juice and organic honey, when this happened to me i drank 2 -3 litres per day over 3-4 days
`OLIVE LEAF EXTRACT IS GOOD TOO
`DO NOT EAT ANY DAIRY PRODUCTS OR MEAT

You have to go to another doctor! It may have just become something that was unseen before but just for good measure go get another opinion.
