The floor slopes down about 6 inches in the middle where there was a drain. The garage doors are already filled in otherwise I know I probably should have just capped it with a layer of concrete to level it. To late for that though. I have been told to use treated 2 x 4's attached around the outside of the floor. Anything else you can add?
Thanks!

You'll have to cut the sleepers in wedge shapes to make the floor level. The ones around the edge should be the same thickness. Use a chalk line attached to the perimeter sleepers going the same direction as the joists (the string, that is). Lay the joist on the floor to the center of slope and chalk a line. When you cut it and flip it over, (cut edge on floor) it should run true with the string.

You could still add concrete, though. The garage still has a door to walk through and windows, doesn't it? It would just depend how close you could get the truck.

Building codes require any wood in contact with concrete to be treated or naturally decay resistant i.e. redwood or cedar. Cutting the joists to fit the slope is a difficult and time consuming task, definitely not easiest and arguably not the best way. I would simply use treated wood around the edges and regular 2x4's for the joists. I would shim the 2x4 joists every 2 ft with steel shims and/or treated wood, securing them in place with a gob of liquid nails. Best would probably be concrete. Remove a piece or two of siding and make access for the chute.

Ok, you don't say anything about floor covering, I assume there will be some, so. Why don't you just fill in the drain area with tapered 2x4's place 3/4" plywood on top, use floor leveler to transition from the wood to the concrete, and put down the flooring.
