Why is there a minimum of asking and answering on here?

Good question. I guess it's so you can't get to the next level too fast. Some people would just answer questions all day if they could I think.

Yeah it is silly! But I guess it is just promoting you to give quality answers, in order to get more points, so that you can move up in levels! As you move up, the numbers you are allowed increase, until they are unlimited!

there isnt for me, for the lower levels, its so they will strive to level up, and so trolls cant ask too many questions. for trolls are usually low level due to the fact they ask offensive questions, and get suspended quickly. Thus the trolls cannot ask very many questions.

Well, it depends on your level. I am on Level 5, and there is NO limit on how much you can answer. So There.

It all depends on the level your on. The higher the level the more you can do.
