Lani is the best of the choices, then raquel. make it easy on the kid, pick a name they won't have to explain or spell to everyone, or tell how to pronounce--like the ayjay or keilani. Ayjay sounds like initials for something, Keilani sounds like she is Hawaiian. If so, ok, if not, people will ask why. Also sound it out with the last name so it doesn't sound weird, like keilani baloni.
